In the event of a dispute concerning supplies in the process of being delivered, digital photos of any damage are taken. These are instantly sent by e-mail in order that the client may view them and take decisions right away (these include badly manufactured pallets, stacking problems, damp, the condition of the haulier's vehicle, etc).
